Re-enactment in Wareham

4th, 5th & 6th May at Corfe Castle, Dorset. Beware the cries of 'Odin' across the Isle of Purbeck! Re-enactments, battles, Saxon village, crafts, King's Court. The Saxon Living History Village opens daily from 10am. A. 2.45pm each day the Saxon and Viking armies will muster, then Guthrum's Viking army and King Alfred's Saxon army will march into the Castle. This is followed by a Battle in the Main Arena followed by 'The Viking/Saxon Shield Wall' & 'The Wessex Champion Tournament'. A National Trust event.
