The new cruise liner will be constructed in China and will be named Titanic II. Titanic II will be an almost exact match of the original RMS Titanic.
The plans are quite controversial, and a relative of the original Titanic's captain has said that Mr Palmer's plans are in 'poor taste'.
On 14 April 1912, the Titanic struck an iceberg on her maiden voyage and sank the following morning with a loss of over 1,500 lives.
