On day 3 of the Coast to Coast @400in4 Challenge, Dr Emma Egging joins the ride!
The widow of Red Arrows pilot Lieutenant Jon Egging takes his place in a team from the Red Arrows and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, riding in the number 4 position – her late husband's number in the Red Arrows team.
The four-day 400-mile charity bike ride across the widest part of the UK started from St David's on Tuesday (11 October) and will finish on Friday in Lowestoft, Suffolk.
The event is raising funds for @RAFWingsAppeal, @fly2help and @JonEggingTrust
